Meal sERVICES
As part of our CHSP-funded food services, we provide both fresh and frozen meal options to support healthy, balanced diets.
Our menu includes:
- Frozen main meals
- Soups and desserts
- Fresh sandwiches and salads
- Vegetable packs and seasonal fruit pieces
Meals are prepared following Food Safety Program requirements and delivered directly to your home by our friendly volunteers.
Each delivery includes a wellbeing check, ensuring clients are safe and supported.
Deliveries operate:
- Monday: Mullumbimby & Brunswick Heads
- Tuesday: Ocean Shores, Byron Bay & Bangalow
- Wednesday: Fresh Salads and Sandwiches
- Friday: Fresh Salads and Sandwiches
SOCIAL SUPPORT AND OUTINGS
Under the CHSP Social Support, we provide regular opportunities for clients to stay socially active and engaged in their community.
Our group activities include:
- Shopping trips with transport assistance
- Monthly group bus trips every second Tuesday of the month
- Morning teas and community lunches
- Social bingo and card games
These outings promote
social Connection, reduce isolation, and support overall wellbeing helping you feel included, valued, and connected.
